Mantra Chanting is healing and invokes blessings.
Whether you chant mantra in your own personal practice or in your yoga classes,
✧ you are offering your self / students an opportunity to drop even deeper into inner stillness.
✧ you are connecting to the roots of the yogic tradition, which was given and passed on through sound.
✧ you are praying, and the prayers transform into puṇyam - grace (aka spiritual “currency”).
A practice that continues to bless me profoundly.
It is a true honor to support you in your own and unique mantra journey.
Warm welcome!
1:1 Mantra Chanting Classes
I've had the blessing to learn mantra with my revered teacher in Bali. I spent countless hours in her Ganga Shala, under a most majestic Banyan Tree, listening to the sacred sounds mainly orally, without any text in front of me. Being in "the hot seat"offered me the opportunity to learn how to chant with confidence right from the start, as she would catch any imprecision and guide ever so gently towards the refinement of the sound.
This space is for you if...

You want to include mantras in your yoga classes
-
You use or want to use mantras in your personal practice
-
You already include mantras in your classes / own practice and want to feel (more) confident in chanting
-

-
You are new to chanting and want to learn solid foundations from the start

"Studying mantra chanting with Pūrnā is a gift. She is really skillful in guiding pronunciation and catching the places where refinement is needed. She also unfolds the meaning of the words very beautifully. What I have learned has stayed with me, and has brought me closer to the teachings of Yoga and Vedānta, to the Truth. I cannot recommend her enough. I feel blessed to be her student."
